Disability Act

In December 2016 Indian Govt. included 21 different disability Into disability act. Earlier Disability Act 2006 has only 13 disease but with the new amendment we have now 21 diseases. Hemophilia is one of it.

In relation with Hemophilia we have different Level of disability it depend on the problem we have in hemophilia.

As per new rule if a hemophilic person has factor level <5% and if his any two joints are damaged govt will give him a handicap certificate of 50% and as the problem in hemophilic body increases the Handicap percentage level will increase.
