The Hemophilia Society Indore celebrated World Hemophilia Day on April 27, 2025, with great enthusiasm and purpose. This significant event brought together person with hemophilia (PWH), their families, healthcare professionals, and supporters. We were honored by the gracious presence of Shri Prem Roop Alva Ji, the President of the Hemophilia Federation India (HFI), whose participation added immense value to the celebration. The event aimed to spread awareness about hemophilia and reinforce the commitment to supporting the PWH community. 

The World Hemophilia Day celebration was held on 27th April 2025 at Hotel Shivalay, Indore. The event was graced by the Chief Guest, Shri Prem Roop Alva, President of the Hemophilia Federation of India, and the Guest of Honour, Shri Shankar Lalwani Ji, Honorable Member of Parliament, Indore. Their esteemed presence added great value to the occasion. Prominent figures from the medical fraternity were also in attendance, including Dr. Irphan Qureshi (President, Hemophilia Society Indore),

Dr. Hariyani Ji (Former President, Hemophilia Society Indore),

Dr. Saima Qureshi (HTC In-Charge, Indore), Dr. Vibhuti Pathak (Govt. HTC In-Charge, Indore), Dr. Swati Patel Jain (Pediatric Hematologist, Indore), Dr. Santosh Bhalerao (Physiotherapist, Indore), and

Dr. Vijay Patil (Homeopathy Specialist).

The presence of these dignitaries and healthcare professionals provided valuable guidance, motivation, and encouragement to the persons with hemophilia (PwH) attending the event. Their insights emphasized the importance of early diagnosis, comprehensive care, and regular follow-ups.

Mr. Mahendra Vikhar warmly welcomed all the guests and expressed heartfelt gratitude for their participation. The event also featured educational sessions, personal testimonies, and a renewed commitment to improving the quality of life for those living with bleeding disorders.
